In 2022, we'll see a few new series or sequels to our already favorite ones. The year 2022 won't be boring and that's why we're bringing you 5 series that everyone is looking forward to:


5. The Lord of the Ring

The upcoming TV series is based on the novel The Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien. It was developed by J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay for the Amazon Prime Video streaming service and is set in the Second Age of Middle-earth before the events of the novel and the Lord of the Rings films.


4. Mandalorian - 3. season

This year is going to be a very eventful one for Star Wars fans. Not only will Obi-wan Kenobi be coming out, but also the sequel to the popular Mandalorian series, where Pedro Pascal (the bounty hunter) and Grogu (Baby Yoda) will have more adventures ahead of them.


3. The Last of Us

We've known for a long time that the Last of Us series was gearing up for its premiere, but this time we already know it's coming out this year. A series from the world of the PS game "The Last of Us" is coming, even if the previous game TLU 2 didn't do a very good job of advertising it.


2. Peaky Blinders - 6. season

The mid-20th century series, which has filmed 5 series so far, is nearing its climax. Tommy Shelby and his gang are likely to fight the rise of the Nazis and their problems.


1 Stranger Things - 4. season

One of Netflix's most successful series is getting its 4th season. It will see the adventures of El in a new setting and the adventures of the group against the experiments of the Soviet Union.
